Hi my name is Luca and I am raising money for mens mental health. I will be attempting to raise as much money as possible for a cause that really matters to me. I know how it feels when you don't know how or if you can go on. I feel lucky to come out the other side and want to help as many others as possible to get back on track.

I plan to run laps around Emirates Stadium on 1st December to raise awareness and funds for Movember. I am aiming to do 50 laps which is approximately 21 miles or 35 km. I want to do this for all the men out there who are afraid to speak out and everyone feeling very alone with their struggles. Together we can help everyone.

Keep going. Keep talking. Keep putting one foot in front of the other.
