Help Our 2014 Boys Team Cycle Their Way to Barcelona! ⚽

Our Drogheda Boys & Girls FC 2014 Boys team are fundraising for an unforgettable football tour to Barcelona in May 2026 — and they’re taking on a huge challenge to get there!

As their first fundraiser, the boys are completing a sponsored cycle of 1,484.8km — the full distance from Drogheda to Barcelona!

Working together as a team, they will cycle the entire distance collectively in one big effort.

The Challenge

The sponsored cycle will take place on Thursday 19th February at Aura Leisure Centre, starting at 4:00pm

Each kilometre they cycle brings them one step closer to Barcelona — and every donation helps make this dream trip possible.

This tour will be an incredible opportunity for the boys to:

Experience football in one of the world’s greatest football cities

Represent their club abroad

Build friendships, confidence, and lifelong memories

They’ve trained hard all season and are now working just as hard off the pitch to earn their place on tour.
