Sponsored bike ride to raise funds for Hindley Town Raiders

As many of you know, I’m proud to manage the Hindley Town Raiders U8s football team. To support these incredible young players, I’ve decided to take on a challenge of a sponsored bike ride, approximately 40 miles on the 2nd of January, visiting all the home grounds of the teams we’ve played during the first half of the season. I will be starting at the home of woodbank warriors in Ramsbottom.

The route will include stops at:

• Woodbank Warriors

• Oxford Groves Tigers

• Turton Tigers

• BISC Juniors

• Moss Bank Juniors

• Astley Bridge Juniors

• Ladybridge FC

• Horwich RMI

• Old Rivingtonians

• Cherrybrook

The ride will finish at Kildare street home of the best club in the borough, Hindley Town FC.

This fundraising effort is aimed at helping the team with vital equipment and covering essential costs, enabling the players to continue building on the amazing progress they’ve made so far.

I know its a busy time of year for everyone but any donation, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated and will make a real difference to these talented young footballers. Thank you for your support!
