Hello everyone, I'm ally Ally and am rowing a challenging 2000 miles around the coast of GB in Nanook with the 'Row with the Flow GB expedition'.

We started at Eyemouth, on the Scottish border, with a crew of 7. I am raising funds for Alzheimer's Research UK as my Dad, Joe has Alzheimer's and I've seen the sadness and suffering that this disease causes. I hope that in the future a cure, or way of managing the disease can be found.

I would also like to show that rowing is a sport for all ages and everyone and is great for health and fitness. Thank you for your support.
