I am a student at Fayette Ware High School and have been nominated to represent my school and community at Georgetown University, National Youth Leadership Forum: Advanced Medicine and Health Care in Washington, D.C.

By attending, I will join other motivated students from around the country for an experiential leadership and career exploration program. I have a sample of the itinerary I hope to share here to show how this will be a powerful experience, enabling me to interact with professionals in various fields while building relationships with those who will be my future colleagues.

Attending this program will enable me to further my interest in the field of medicine. This will be a life-changing opportunity. My hope is to become a physician in the field of orthopedics.

My participation in the program depends on whether I can raise $7,000 in sponsorships. That number includes the program tuition of $5,584 as well as travel expenses. I am investing every dollar I can of my own money to make sure I don’t miss out on this unique experience and am also taking on other areas of fundraising as well, including candy sales and 3D printed items.

My tuition needs to be paid by February 19, 2025. Your support and sponsorship would be greatly appreciated and mean the world to me.
