Cassadee Murdock is a nutrition coach and personal trainer. She has advocated for and personally subscribed to a whole-foods-plant-based diet for over a decade. After years of dedication, tons of iron lifted, and countless hours of practice, she was awarded a Pro Card in Women's Bikini Divison of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) in September of this year.

In less than a month, Cassadee has her "Pro Debut" at the Washington State Natural, outside of Seattle, after which she will be qualified to participate in the pinnacle event of competitive natural bodybuilding worldwide: the WNBF World Championships, held in Los Angeles on November, 19th 2022!

Cass loves her body, loves animals, and loves working out! She is on a Mission to show the World that an incredible, healthy physique can be achieved without the need for performance-enhancing drugs or animal products!
