Sponsor a WISERS girls scholarship

This year I went on a service trip with my school to Kenya for ten days. During our stay, we visited different parts of Kenya while delving into the African culture and lifestyle. We spent most of our time at WISER Girls Secondary School, a girls' school in rural Kenya that empowers young girls through education and provides essential resources, leadership training, psychosocial support, sexual and reproductive health education, and hands-on STEM opportunities to build lasting capacity in Kenyan girls. Wiser and the relationships I have made with the students have left an incredible mark on my heart, which is why the money I will raise through these donations will go to sponsoring a student's scholarship for the following year. I will be sponsoring a specific student, Quinter, who is a grade 11 girl like me that kindly invited me to her home and introduced me to her family and friends. Visiting her home really put into perspective how hard it is for these families to afford to send their daughters to a school like WISER and how important the role of education plays in their future.
