The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is very close to our hearts and I would be very grateful if you could help me raise money for all the amazing doctors and nurses that are currently looking after a very special little girl
While I’m stuck at home, I’m knitting a doll for each of the staff in the NICU as a gift during this unprecedented and difficult time. Please donate to my fundraising page to support the Rotunda Foundation, the official charity of the Rotunda. The NICU has been providing specialist care for all sick and premature infants born in the hospital and those transferred from other hospitals across the country since the 1950s. Your donation will be used to directly fund state-of-the-art equipment needed in the Unit to allow their doctors and nurses to provide the exceptional care for which the Rotunda is known. In addition, these funds will help the Unit invest in enhancements to foster an environment that is nurturing to our vulnerable babies and supportive to their parents when they need it most.
As a bonus, each donation over €10 will be entered into a draw to win one of the knitted dolls you can see in the picture!
About the Rotunda Foundation The Rotunda Foundation is the official fundraising arm of the Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, Ireland. It is committed to fund clinical and scientific research conducted by the Hospital and provides additional vital equipment for the Neonatal Intensive Care and Specialist Units and improves amenities for Patients within the Rotunda
