“I’m so thankful for Camp My Way. I wouldn’t have been able to come if it wasn’t for those who donated and sponsored me. I had nowhere else to turn and was going directly into the Black.” – RCMP CST. TOBIN

“Since Phase 1 at Camp My Way, I have incorporated the tools given to me into my every day routine. Body scan and 5x5s before getting out of bed. Using these tools during or after a bad situation at work, or when dealing with the difficult moments in every day life. These are the tools that help me disconnect, reconnect and reset, and give me the strength emotionally to push on with my day.” – Sheriff KENNEDY
