The Power of Education

The National Outreach Program (NOP) at LUMS offers life-changing educational opportunities to students in Pakistan who lack financial means.

Three years ago, driven by the commitment of LUMS Class of '17 alumni and other supporters, we established a scholarship fund to sponsor the education of one NOP scholar for four years (See announcement 1 and announcement 2 ).

A Perpetual Impact

Now, let's go bigger! Our goal is to establish an Endowment Fund to sponsor the education of one NOP scholar indefinitely. Through Shariah-compliant investments, the fund will generate perpetual support for these deserving students. Imagine the ripple effect – generations of students will have the chance to excel thanks to your generosity.

How it Works

The target amount for the Endowment Fund is $120,000. Through corporate donation matching, we've already halved our fundraising goal to $60,000. Our target for this fundraiser is to raise $30,000 for the first year and spread this campaign over two years.
