Sponser my big chop for the little Princess Trust

Hi everyone!

Im Chloe, a children’s oncology nurse. Me and my team look after children with cancer from diagnosis right through to the end of treatment, sharing the highs and lows or their journeys. I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share something that’s very close to my heart. After much thought, I’ve decided to donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust, a wonderful charity that provides real hair wigs to children who have lost their hair due to illness, including cancer treatments. As well as creating wig for these amazing children, they also fund research into childhood cancers funding clinical trials and projects to find kinder treatments for children.

But here’s where I need your help:

In addition to cutting off my hair, I’m raising funds to help support The Little Princess Trust in their mission. These wigs are provided free of charge, but they come with a cost — wigs and the necessary services that go with them can be expensive. Your donation will help cover the cost of creating these wigs and provide the comfort and confidence that these incredible children need while they’re going through such tough times.

Why I’m Doing This

It’s easy to take things like hair for granted, but I’ve realized how much something as simple as a wig can mean to a child who is facing a life-changing challenge. The Little Princess Trust has been a lifeline for so many, giving children not only a physical change but emotional support during their treatment. By donating my hair, I hope to make even a small difference in their lives.
