Many friends, family members, and members of our community have reached out asking how they can help after the devastating wildfires. Because so many people have asked for a way to support our parents, we created this GoFundMe to help them through this incredibly difficult time.

Our parents have called this their home for the past 14 years. Recently, it was destroyed in the devastating wildfires that swept through the region. In just a matter of hours, they lost everything—their clothes, cherished family photos, irreplaceable keepsakes, and the home where so many memories were made. We weren't able to save any belongings, and the loss has been heartbreaking.

While we wait for their insurance claim to help cover some of the long-term costs, our parents are facing immediate needs. Donations will help provide essentials like clothing, toiletries, and everyday necessities as they begin to rebuild. Our dad, who works as a contractor, also lost many of the tools he depends on for his livelihood. Replacing them is critical so he can get back to work as they begin rebuilding their lives.

If you know our parents, you know they're the last people who would ever ask for help. Even after losing everything, they are incredibly grateful that they made it out safely. Their strength, resilience, and positive outlook in the face of such an unimaginable loss have inspired everyone around them.
