This is a family initiative from Kosta Papa.

My name is Simo Puleshi and alongside Kosta Papa, we are fundraising for our cousin Spiro Nika who suffers from Severe Chronic Epilepsy Disorder, caused by medical negligence head trauma, during delivery.

Spiro was born in Permet, Albania on the 23rd of February 1986 and with great personal and family struggles and sacrifices, managed to complete 4 primary school years, but was eventually forced to stop due to the seizures' frequency and intensity.

Throughout his lifetime, Spiro is having numerous daily, sudden and uncontrolled seizures, resulting in injuries, and mental disabilities in the long term. Spiro's medical condition has officially been diagnosed and filed in Albania, but the social services are not willing to support with the treatment.

Spiro is on high 3000mg combined dosage of Depakene and Keppra, which still don’t prevent the seizures - The treatment itself is very expensive and it exceeds the amount of 115€/month.
