As most of you know, the last couple of years have been challenging with pain, consultant appointments, MRI scans, non-invasive procedures and hopeful medication trials. This follows my journey of being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, and we all know that pain and fatigue are not the best combination!

In February this year, I had my first spinal surgery. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. So after lengthy discussions, my next option is further surgery. The op is a revision microdiscectomy at the Spire Liverpool Hospital.

With rises in costs, the cost of this op is just over £10,000 (insert jaw drop here!) This journey would have been impossible without the support of my family and friends.

I wasn't sure whether to put out a 'go fund me' page, but all of my friends have suggested this, so here goes...
