UPDATE:
It turns out they botched my first surgery.  Came back to ER yesterday (11/20/21) at 6:00 am writhing in pain. They immediately admitted me and I was in for corrective surgery by 2:00pm.

Dear friends, family and loved ones. I desperately need help catching up on my mortgage, my car payment and my health insurance premiums. I was out of work with no income for 3 months. I suffered two compression fractures in my back, L2 and L3 vertebrae. I slipped and fell helping a friend move a refrigerator. Although I’m finally back working again, I really need your help. I’ve even exhausted my retirement savings and this is my last resort.
