Hello! My name is Arish Sunkireddy, and together with my three friends, Sai Surabhi, Shrish Vishnu, and Isaiah Park, we have formed the summer program Spike It Up! We are a small group of dedicated Seniors at Cypress High School, who aim to build a strong STEM foundation in the youth of our community. As the future progressively becomes more STEM-dominated, it is essential for the younger generation to be introduced to these essential 21-century topics. With this goal in mind, we formed Spike It Up to serve the youth in our community.

We noticed through our own experiences with summer programs, the majority of the programs revolved around the arts and literature. While these topics are still essential, we noticed that STEM-based programs were lacking, and we wanted the future generations to be properly prepared for the inevitable STEM-dominated future.

Together with your help, we will be able to buy LEGO educations Spike Prime robotics set, spreading the joy, creativity, and collaboration of STEM to the youth in our community.
