Devastating Spider Bite -Update

Hello,

My name is Greg Williams and on Saturday May 7th 2022 I was bitten by a recluse spider on my left hand as I slept. I woke up Sunday and it was sore but tolerable. By Sunday evening it was swelling and sore. On Monday morning it was so swollen I couldn’t move my fingers, so I went to the ER and was taken immediately to a room and they incised the wound with no medication used to numb it. I than had 3 consecutive days of surgery being released from the hospital on Friday. I just started a new job last week so do not have benefits.

I cannot work for 8 weeks. It’s going to take 4 weeks for the wound to heal. I than will have plastic surgery to repair my hand and that will take 4 weeks to heal.

I will not have any income for 8 weeks and have no other source of income. While I realize everyone goes through tough times, I’m unable to do any lifting with my hand at all. Obviously all of bills, gas, food, rent, car, insurance, and etc.

While it is not easy asking for help, I’m in a Very Desperate situation I feel that I have surrounded myself with friends and family throughout my life with strong morals and caring hearts.
