Aiutatemi Please help me

I have a big problem. For a misunderstanding my bank charged my account for the whole amount of my credit card debt. I had it made in a way that I could do it in monthly payments. Since I only have my pension which is only 1100€, practically I was left without any money. I need to pay my rent, my bills and my. Medications, but now I am completely broke. I now it is a big amount to collect, but if someone can help me I really would appreciate that. Please help me!!!
