She was launched 1977 as Love Machine and this time was the fastest big boat in Long Island area.

Won every trophy this time.

I was sailing single handed from New England to Morehead City to my friends, they are waiting for me.

I was 5.November at Nags Head and wanted to sailing to my friends, but I had realized, that I need 5gallon more diesel.

I was entering under the Bridge to Oregon Inlet and asked boats people, where is a fuel dock.

Nobody helped me, I was a half mile from the gas station and nobody showed me.

I was sanded inside and needed 2 hrs to come free without any help from the people around my boat.

In my frustration and the time was gone, I decided to go anchor over night on the beach. The sea was calm I dropped my hand anchor, because my batteries were empty, 

suddenly changed the sea, big waves were coming and pushed me to the sandbank. I realized the danger and turned the machine backwards full gas, unfortunately the propeller feeded the rope from anchor and the machine died.

I was a toy of the power the waves!

The weather turned to a storm and my boat was pushed on the sandbank. On my charts, was 10-20m deep sea there, in reality was not even 2m!

Unfortunately is my boat without insurance, because I have bought it in Connecticut 4 years ago, but couldn’t register it on my name, because I was not US resident.

I wanted to sail to Morehead City to my friends, make my visa to working there longer and register and insure my boat there!

Unfortunately this is now only a single nightmare!

Now I need to pay the salvage and the reconstruction inside myself and this costs between ten and twenty thousand are to much in my situation.

Please help me rescue my boat!

This is not only a boat, this is my home, my everything what I have.

Lot of people are meaning, this is a luxury problem, who has a big boat, should have enough money!

My reality is much more sad! I lost everything last years and I need to live on my boat. Is the same like the hurricane blowing away the house from someone and sitting there homeless, without anything.

The storm last Friday (24-25.November) destroyed everything inside! And  I was sleeping there! The wind was in the night stronger and stronger, 12feet waves over rolled my boat and filled my cockpit like a swimming pool and pushed thousands of gallons water inside.

The never ending waves shacked hard every 6-7 seconds and this power shattered the furniture and all my things and equipment to trash!

I was jumping into the wild se about six a clock in the morning to rescue my life, the boat was full of water!

“Nice” people coming to my boat, seeing the tragedy and stealing my equipment, broke in and took my equipment to the beach, stole my life raft, my propane , the cranks of my winches, everything! They are a shame of this nice country!

I need now every dollar to save my boat, my life, my future.

Please help me to bring my treasure back to the sea, where she belongs!

Good news, Malolo is gone from the beach to Wanchese!

Bad news, the transport on the road was much more expensive and a tawing captain took my 4000$ without success!

I’m very happy to enjoy lot of helping hands, but the costs are already over 30.000$ without repair and this is unplayable for me without our donations!

I’m very thankful for every cent!

War alleine unterwegs vom Connecticut, wo ich das Boot vor 4Jahre

gekauft habe, nach Morehead City NC, wo Freunde auf mich warten.

Unglücklicher Weise, hab bei Nags Head gemerkt, dass ich mehr Treibstoff brauche, die Nacht mit Motorunterstützung durchzusegeln.

Ich habe Leute gefragt, wo Fuel Dock ist und keine hat mir geholfen.

Ich wollte vor Anker übernachten, leider waren fast alle meine Instrumente ausgefallen. Nur mein Navi ging noch mit Notstrom und laut der Charts, sollte dort 10-20m Wassertiefe geben. Ich habe mein Handanker geworfen, als erstes Mal zu Bodenberührung kam.

Sofort habe ich Vollgas rückwärts gegeben, wobei unglücklicher Weise der Propeller den Ankerseil gefressen hat in der plötzlicher Brandung und mein Motor abstarb.

Rest war Willkür der Elemente! Die immer stürmischer werdende Brandung hat mein Boat auf die Sandbank getrieben, wo heute noch gefangen ist.

Unglücklicher Weise, konnte ich das Bot noch nicht auf mich registrieren lassen da noch kein Resident bin und so war auch nicht versichert.

Ich sitze jetzt auf Kosten für die Bergung über zehntausend Dollar, die ich kaum alleine schultern kann

Ein Aufgeben des Bootes kommt mir nicht in Frage, es ist eine Berühmtheit, designed von Dough Peterson, launched als Love Machine 1977 und siegte in den ersten7-8 Jahren alles wo er teilnahm!

War Entwurf #77 und nur 2-3 Boote dieser Klasse waren aus Aluminium gefertigt.

Bitte um Hilfe, um mein Boot zu retten, es ist alles was ich habe,

mein Heim, mein Leben! Ich wollte in Morehead City arbeiten, das Boot dort registrieren und versichern und vorzubereiten auf mein Traumreise, mit ihm das Atlantik zu überqueren!.

Das all‘ ist jetzt in die Ferne gerückt!

Gute Fortschritte, das Boot ist abtransportiert von der Strand,

mein Problem ist nur, die enorme Kosten für Kranen und Trailern sind weit über den geplanten !

Ein Schleppboot hat auch versucht ins tiefere Wasser zu ziehen, hat aber versagt und mit Meile 4000$ angehauen! Mittlerweile sitze ich auf 30.000$ Kosten, ohne Reparaturen, die ich nicht ohne Hilfe bewältigen kann.
