Help Sherine and her family get out of Gaza

Hi, my name is Rosa. I am starting this fundraising campaign on behalf of my friend Aya Shaqlain, a young nurse in Gaza. She asked me to start a fundraising campaign for her sister Shireen Shaqlain, a teacher.

This is Shireen's story

"I am Shireen Shaqlin, 23 years old, born in Gaza, studied at the university with a bachelor's degree in basic education and graduated in 2022. I was working in an educational institute to teach children and I was happy with this work and I was happy with my family and we were happy, but the happiness turned into hell because of the war that destroyed our home and my future and displaced us from Gaza to the southern Gaza Strip. My family and I and our entire group lost everything, I lost my future, my life and my dreams. I suffered greatly from stomach ulcers and stomach germs, and I need medicine, care and healthy food. I collect money to try to survive this genocide, and the necessities of daily life. I also collect money for myself, to establish a project, which is an educational institute to teach children after I get the money.

Life has become very difficult and heavy. We do not find food or a safe place.

My family and I live in a cloth tent that does not protect us from the cold Winter and the summer heat and we suffer from diseases, the necessities of life are almost non-existent, there is no food, no home, no medicine.

I will use the money from this GFM to try to survive and to start my own project and my life will be stable after the war ends.
