insurance declined payment for me

My name is Travis M Spencer
I developed a anneurismal bone cyst and a giant cell tumor on my spinal column . I went through 4 procedures to remove the tumor and cyst . The mass fusion did not hold properly and deformed but still my spinal cord is in good condition. Yes the picture is 100% real.
as time went by it was time to get a check up when the pain got worse. that is when they told me about the deformity and urged me to have a nerve block.
They did 3 of them and it was failed because it had no affect on me so they wanted to do a major nerve block procedure but would not do it unless they had a predetermination of coverage. a week or two went by and i get a call back by the facility and informed me that I passed the predeterminatoin for coverage and told me to get there to have it done.
After it was all done my pain was worse and the doctor would not return my calls, the facility kept telling me to wait a few more days everytime I called then i get a call back but by a collection agency wanting me to pay them 14000.00 !!!!!.
Yes I was lied to and now the debt is a little over 35000.00 due to inerest.
The collection agency took me to court and put a judgement against me and is on my credit report and has caused me problems.
yes i know if you are disabled that collection agencys can not garnish your wages but I live an honest life and would like to see this paid off.
I am doing this for my family because after I am gone it isnt their responsibility to pay it especially since it made my life more difficult and painfull.
