Spencer's M.S Marathon for our Furry Friends!
Donation protected
For those of you who don’t yet know me my name is Spencer Duru, and I am an animal loving, fun filled movie buff who in 2009 was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. As anyone with M.S will tell you there are many challenges involved in navigating this condition and we all have our good days and bad days. One of my biggest personal challenges is walking, which over recent years has deteriorated somewhat.

But I will not be put up on the shelf just yet and so am taking on a HUGE personal challenge for a cause that I believe so much in and hope that you will come along for the journey with me and support me in any way that you can to assist this fabulous charity that are just amazing in what they do.
Animal Aid Unlimited rescue street animals, provide medical care and sanctuary, and help turn community compassion into action. They combine on-the-ground, immediate relief to suffering animals with prevention to ensure long-term protection, rescuing thousands of animals each year.

Erika Abrams who you might see on 'Ted talks' (YouTube) has been running this sanctuary/ hospital for many years and has put together a wonderful team. Please do visit their website for more information and to see some of the harrowing stories that have truly affected me and inspired me to do something to help.
I will be raising money for this fabulous cause by taking on a FULL MARATHON (42km) over 10 days for our furry friends in India and I will be inviting my friends and family to join me. I have begun my training, as this is an ambitious target for me and would really appreciate all the support (and donations) you can give and together let’s support an outstanding charity who go above and beyond for animals in distress.
