Hello, my name is Spencer Nielsen, and I'm a Boy Scout from Troop 460 in Placerville, California working on my Eagle Service Project. I aim to raise enough funds for my school, El Dorado Adventist School, to replace their dilapidated sign and install landscaping to beautify the entrance to our school. 

I will be using the funds to purchase the new sign, installation materials, and also landscaping components.
I plan on finishing this project by December, and hope to raise enough funds before that time. 

Ever since I have been a Boy Scout, I have always imagined doing something for my school as an Eagle Service Project. I think it will be a great way to give to my school and appreciate what they have done for me and our community, as well as help me in becoming an Eagle Scout. 

Scouting has taught me the importance of service to others and this is a great opportunity to display those values in this project.
