Spencer's Critical Surgery, Please Help

My name is Michelle and I’m coming today with a desperate need and burden for my nephew, Spencer Wardlaw, who just turned 25. We received news in June 2024, Spencer has a large tumor growing on his skull. 

We have been advised at our last visit that it is pushing on his brain and it is already causing it to be shifted some. This is a very important surgery that he has to have ASAP due to the nature. 

Spencer has no medical insurance to cover the cost of $48,000, which is what the total cost of the procedure will be for him.

The surgery is scheduled for Jan 2, 2025, at MUSC in Charleston, SC. We were told only yesterday, 12-26-24, that he must have $12k on the day of surgery, or they won't perform this surgery. 

Spencer will also be out of work for a month, if not longer, for recovery and healing. I was hoping to get a little extra to cover hotel and food expenses for April (his mom), Walker (his brother), and Chloe (his sister) since this will be an out-of-town hospital stay and she is his sole caretaker during this time.
