Elijah and Tiffany Irelands, 6 month old son, Spencer, was just diagnosed with Retinoblastoma.  His family needs to travel from Kansas to New York for his treatment. Money is needed for travel expenses - gas, food, etc.

The outlook is positive, but they need to get to New York to get the treatment that he needs!
