Spencer's Passing Wishes...

Last year many of you helped us raise funds for a wheelchair for Spencer. Many THANKS! This was not just any wheelchair, but a special custom chair so Spencer could go to school on his own. He was so excited about the chair, to him it was his identity and set him apart like a fine watch or a really nice pair of shoes. Sadly, only 6 months later we said goodby to our spunky, whitty, unpredictable boy just a day ago. It seems surreal that he is gone for good. Though our life had a new normal with prostetic legs, crutches and a wheelchair, our Spencer was still into the latest trends (drones) and had become so health conscious over the past 2 years-- no one dare eat sugar around him for his wrath was brutal....As we refect and so many reach out to console our grief, we try to figure out what our new life will be without our boy. HIS last wishes were to return to his home in Texas and have a BIG Party at Legends Paintball Field where he had so many good times....so we will honor him there on June 5 and throw a Great party.... Yet, We still  face remnants of his journey with medical bills and the best thing for us would to be free of this burden so that moving forward will be just that much easier ...though we love flowers and food, what we really need is to be clear of the debt so we can tend to Parker... AND for you to write your reflections and memories here  of the short time we all shared with this Gift we named Spencer after Lady Diana.... 14 years ago...
