On December 16, 2022 a beautiful soul was lost with the unexpected passing of Spencer Kolman.

Many of you know Spencer’s story of years of health issues and a double lung and heart transplant. That transplant gave him the opportunity to finish high school and even experience college life at Lewis University. Everyone will be forever grateful to the donor for giving him all of those wonderful years.

Spencer was a kind hearted soul who loved his family dearly and appreciated the special gift he was given every single day.

The family is now burdened with carrying the sadness of his absence in their lives. It’s with a heavy heart that I ask for financial support for the family to plan funeral services in his loving memory.

Even with all of his health issues, this was unexpected. No family should have to worry about finances while laying to rest a dear child.

Spencer was an organ donor and will live on not only in our hearts and memories, but along with his organ donor in yet another life.
