Spencer and Belen's baby fund
Donation protected
Belen and I have been married since August 21, 2015. After countless negative pregnancy tests, multiple fertility and endometriosis specialists, intrauterine fertilization (IUI), and surgeries, we have been unable to conceive. Due to painful and severe bouts of endometriosis Belen must soon undergo surgery once again. We’ve been advised that the best thing to preserve Belen's fertility, and our best chance at successful future conception, is to perform an egg retrieval prior to her undergoing her second laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis.
This may be our best and only chance at fulfilling our lifelong dream of having biological children. Seeing Belen not only in physical pain from her endo, but also emotional pain from not being able to conceive a child has been very difficult. We’re not in the place financially to do all of this on our own so we are asking for your help. We’re hoping this Gofundme can help us pay for half if not most of the IVF process. The amount we’re aiming to raise is the minimum amount our fertility specialist told us the process would cost.
Any donations we receive would go towards her constant uterine/ovarian monitoring, daily hormone shots, anesthesia during retrieval, ultrasounds, and lots of blood draws. Any contribution to starting our family is very appreciated.
We're hoping to get treatment started as early as September, 2020.
