Many of you may have heard of the crash on the 290 in Amherst on June 9, 2015 between a Porsche and a Mack truck. That crash involved my best friend's husband, Steve, and daughter, Lynnsey. While they both miraculously are alive, many months of healing begins. Lynnsey, a 20 year old cosmologist and aspiring fashion designer fractured her vertebra...she should recover fully. Her dad, a factory worker at Delphi in Lockport, on the other hand may not, he has suffered several facial injuries, broken bones, and has a bruised aorta. He is currently being treated at ECMC. Medical bills are already mounting as well as household bills. This family of 8 has a long road ahead, but they are strong and will pull through together. They simply need some financial help so they can worry about healing rather than bills. Any help whether it be large or small will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
