Special Education Coffee Shop

Hi, my name is Holly Friedrich, I am a special education teacher at West Fargo High School. Our students love to learn real-life skills that are transferrable to the world after high school. Currently, our students as part of their math class operate a coffee cart for teachers once a month. This includes planning the menu, trying the products, advertising to teachers and staff, making the drinks and delivering them. But they want to do more. They want to have a coffee shop at school that anyone can come to. To, do this we need your help. We would like to purchase a cappuccino machine like the ones at gas stations, and a couple large coffee urns.

Additionally, we have a program that pairs students with and without disabilities to work together and grow friendships. The coffee shop would be another place they can be together and show how awesome it is to be a Packer.
