Jesse Spears, a BLET member, and his family are having a home heating emergency. With the impending snowstorm, he was checking his propane tank and realized that the gauge is broken. It was showing full when, in fact, it is nearly empty. They have also noticed that their furnace is going out. Jesse has been off work because of an injury that happened while on duty for about 18 months.
