This Year I'm on a mission to raise some funds for MND charities, with a little help from my friends.

These charities and trusts have supported Anna and my family through Anna's MND journey and we would like to give back as a thank you for all they have done.

They have supported us to help Anna and our family create memories we will cherish forever, help Anna be as independent as she can, Help with home adaptations.

At the end of the year we will split the funds equally, money raised from all challenges will go to:

MND Association

MND Defiance trust

Dean Fox MND Foundation

The Mel Evans MBE Foundation

And finally to Anna to enable her to live life to the full, make memories what ever that may be.

Over the Year we will have various fundraising activities to drum up funds, mixing physical and mental challenges to test the body and the mind.

Starting with the SpeakurMND poetry challenge, the mission: to write 365 poems highlighting life living alongside MND, my own personal experiences and inspired by others, these are posted to FB and Insta

June 20th #MNDriveathon5000 'The 2nd Round' or for Global MND awareness day

I'm in training to partake in some runs, and looking booking shortly.

I will be reaching out to family and friends to host their own fundraiser and get involved.
