Kaliel's surgery is SUCCESSFUL! The doctors were able to fully close Kaliel's abdomen. However, he will still be sedated and in ventilator for 24 hrs or more coz his abdomen is so tight, it might rip open if he coughs or panics if he wakes up. And he still in close observation/monitoring in ICU for a leakage. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.

-On Monday, February 16, 2026, my children and I were victims of a violent stabbing that has left our lives forever changed. I am currently in critical condition and my youngest child remains on life support, facing another major operation on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

While we are fighting every day to survive and recover physically, the emotional trauma of this violent attack will be a burden we will carry forever. We are determined to be stronger each day, but we know that returning to the place we once called home is not an option. The memories there are too painful, and we must find a new, safe space to begin our long journey of healing.
