Hi, we're the County Durham Spartans, an inclusive mixed gender Baseball team in the North East of England.

For the first time in many years we have won our regional division and qualified for the national postseason championship.

Based on seedings, we will be travelling away to Plymouth for a 9 inning match on Saturday 5th September. This will be the quarter finals of the British Baseball Federation Division 4.

To facilitate the 762 mile round trip, we are seeking support for our players travel and accommodation, that they may not have otherwise been able to afford, so they can have the rare opportunity to represent our region in the knockout stages of the competition.

As a community organisation any use of funds will be managed via our committee in line with our commitment to the club, any surplus raised would be reinvested into our adult and youth programmes.

As of 2026 we now have offerings at all ages including Snappers (5-11 years old), Sabertooths (12-15 years old) and Spartans (16+).

Any and all support is massively appreciated whether via donation or sharing.
