My name is Erica and I was Dean's Partner.

Dean "Acid" McConnell passed away May 24, 2023 - only 3 days after his 57th birthday. He'd been sick for a while, but kept trying to get better even until the end.

I need help paying for his cremation. Dean had been unable to work due to health concerns for several years. Please help by contributing to the cost of Sparking Up Dean One Last Time.

He had a "bigger then life" personality and had many friends on Facebook all around the world. He loved to post music as a way to get his friends to experience genres and artists they may not have heard before. He enjoyed starting controversial conversations - some that led him straight into "Facebook Jail"!

His music tastes ran all the way from Heavy Metal, through Rap, and into the Bubblegum Pop of Katy Perry! Being a Gemini, he couldn't decide on any particular music and would 'switch gears' even in the middle of a video... NEVER A DULL MOMENT!

During his life, he was able to follow his dream of becoming a cook at the Luxor in Las Vegas. He has two great kids, Tyler and Megan who live in Colorado. He owned Computer Now in Willits for years and always enjoyed the challenge of fixing computers.

He enjoyed playing Worlds of Warcraft, racing his RC truck around the yard, and recently was involved with the

Willits, CA Cruisin' Knights.

He didn't have a lot of money or property, but what he had he enjoyed. He would tell me, "Well, at least I'm entertaining!"

His final wish is to be cremated... and that everyone spark one up or take a shot for him (or both). We are planning a memorial (date to be determined)...

If we have donations over the amount of the cost of his cremation, they will be donated to the local food bank.
