Spar Craic 10k - Steph is running for MacMillan
I am running the Spar Craic 10k in Belfast, on St. Patrick’s day this year, as a challenge to myself (at 7 months Postpartum) and I’m going to raise money for a great charity while I do it.
In the Summer of 2024, when I was 38 weeks pregnant, I was told I had skin cancer. Within a matter of days I had my first call from MacMillan Cancer Support. They were so supportive and talked through everything I wanted to know, they also connected me with another woman who had been diagnosed while pregnant. I have since received more support calls from them, and while at follow up appointments, the doctors and nurses cannot sing the teams praises enough.
Thankfully my second surgery came back all clear so just check ups to make sure it doesn’t come back ❤️
Hopefully we can raise a bit of money to help this brilliant charity to make sure they can keep supporting people with cancer!
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Macmillan Cancer Support, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
