Space Ghost

As a filmmaker, it's important to keep trying new things in order to continually grow. If you know my work, then you know I am not known for just one thing, but instead a multitude of various original projects and fan films. And in an effort to continue my tradition of finding new ideas to tackle, I've set my sights on Space Ghost. Most of us know him from his Cartoon Planet parody series Coast to Coast, but before that, he had a Hanna-Barbara Cartoon series in the 60's, that was a little more straight forward. But since it was a 60's kid cartoon, it was still very silly. Then, in the mid 2010's, I believe, Space Ghost was finally given a very serious graphic novel origin story with some amazing art. It definitely caught my attention, but I never thought I could do anything with it..... Until now!

I am going to make an adult themed Space Ghost adventure. Something dark with some good action. Nothing campy. Nothing silly. But as usual, I'm going to need a little help making this project come to life. 2019 was a good year for Blinky Fan Films, because of you, I was able to make 27 awesome shorts! And in spite of this pandemic, I was still able to create 15 shorts in 2020. I see no reason why we should stop that momentum. So if you're a fan of Fan Films, or Blinky Productions, or just looking to get some easy IMDB producer credits, chip and help me make this fan film!
