SP.A.CE Case Collective Second Production

It is with great pleasure that we introduce ourselves as the co-founders of the SP.A.CE Case Collective, a dance theatre company hailing from the city of Hannover, Germany. We are Nina, Luzie, and Javier, individuals driven by a shared passion for dance and theatre. Alongside our exceptionally talented dancers, Giada and Davide, we are dedicated to the creation of immersive experiences that transcend the traditional boundaries between performers and audience members.

Organizations such as the Kultur Büro Hannover and the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland, whose funding propelled our inaugural production, "Arrival," to remarkable heights provided great initial support. “Arrival” made its debut in both Germany and Austria, leaving positive impressions on both performers and audience members.

The recognition we received for our film, "Arrival 2.0," at renowned events such as the Berlin Short Film Festival and the Experimental Dance & Music Film Festival, has further fueled our ambition. Encouraged by these accolades, we stand before you today with immense excitement to announce the launch of our GoFundMe campaign, aimed at bringing SP.A.CE Case Collective's second production to life.

Our Vision:

With our first production “Arrival” receiving critical acclaim and enthusiastic audience responses, we are inspired to take our creative endeavors to new heights. Our second production with a working title of “Homestead” aims to explore the intricate relationship between survival in unfamiliar environments both externally and internally of the human experience. Through choreography, striking visuals, and a captivating narrative, we will create a performance that engages, challenges, and inspires our audience.

How Your Contribution Will Make a Difference:

Putting together a dance theatre production of this scale requires considerable financial resources. Your generous support will help cover various aspects of the production, including:

1. Artist fees: We believe in compensating our talented artists fairly for their dedicated time and effort in creating a mesmerizing experience for the audience. A significant part of our budget will go to fulfill these goals.

2. Rehearsal and production costs: This includes securing rehearsal space, costume, set design, lighting and sound equipment, and other technical requirements necessary to bring our vision to life.

3. Venue, travel and promotion: Part of our budget will go towards securing a suitable venue for our performances, travel expenses to different venues/festivals and promoting the show to reach a wider audience.
