Hey, hello, hi... My name is Garrett and I'll just come out and say it... I'm struggling pretty badly. I just moved into a home in July (after spending 9 months living in the work warehouse). I used up what little I had left and got me a proper roof over my head. About 2 weeks after moving in, I was let go from a job (Warehouse Supervisor) with no warning after I sunk years of time and effort into it. It put me in a financial crisis. Left me with no money saved up, a negative bank balance, and caring for a little pup. Feeding her (Zoey) is my main priority along with rent/utilities. I've spent the last 2 months desperately searching for a job out here and so far out of the 115 places/positions I've applied for, ZERO of them have availability and/or are able to meet my minimum wage threshold in order to stay in my home.

So in addition to me trying to fundraise, if any of you absolutely know of anyone hiring in the Tempe/Mesa/Phoenix area, please send them my way. I'm already late on rent as it is and God, I'm falling into a mental death spiral. Anything will help. Thank you.

*UPDATE* Since starting the fundraiser last year, I've been doing a lot of freelance work to try and at least keep the roof over my head. It hasn't been great, but it's kept me alive for the last 7 months. I'm still in in a bad spot both financially and mentally and any and all help is absolutely welcomed.
