Help Support Bruce Olson’s Medical Needs

Bruce Olson needs your help. He has been hospitalized since October 8th, 2023. His team of doctors have determined that he is going to need continued medical attention and will need to live in a facility that can provide specialized medical care. Our hope is to raise the funds needed to transport Bruce from Houston to Dallas. Bruce has family in Dallas that will be able to spend quality time with him and advocate for his daily medical needs. Due to his fragile medical condition, Bruce will need to be transported by ambulance. Insurance does not cover the significant cost of long distance transportation.

Bruce was found, on October 8th, collapsed on the floor of his apartment. He was transported by ambulance to the ICU. He was septic, intubated and placed on a ventilator. Bruce has literally been fighting for his life for the past five months. He has had a tracheostomy and currently still has a feeding tube. He has battled through several rounds of pneumonia, COVID, and has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.

All money donated will be used to support Bruce’s medical care and relocation costs. Bruce is asking to come to Dallas, and we are hopeful that we can make this happen.
