My name is Makaylah Lowdermilk and I am married to Jimmy Ray Lowdermilk. As much as it pains me to say, my husband passed away on December 3rd, 2025, very unexpectedly. We were in California, visiting some of his family when the accident that took his life happened, and it has completely devastated our families. Jimmy was a man like no other and would do anything in his power to help anybody. He was kind, thoughtful, generous, and an all-around good man.

I want to bring him home and have a viewing so that people are able to go and say their goodbyes to him, as he was very loved and his death has impacted so many people. I would like to carry out his wishes and give him the proper send-off that he spoke about often. In order to do that, I will have to have his body transferred from California to Washington before the cremation is completed, so that his religious rituals can be honored. We are trying to raise money for the transportation back home, costs of the viewing, and for his cremation costs. Anything will help.
