Sowing into Faith's Catalyst Leadership School

Hi everyone!

My name is Faith Tanner, and in spring 2026 I’ll have the privilege of joining the Catalyst Leadership School with YWAM Lancaster. This six-month intensive will immerse me in the culture of YWAM, equip me for my calling, and help me grow as a leader.

I first heard about this opportunity when I joined a team that had completed this exact school. Our outreach took us to Turkey in July 2025, and it was there that I felt God speak to me about my next steps—joining this school and community!

Over the past two years, God has been impressing on my heart the value of discipleship—to be fully tethered and dependent on Jesus and to walk alongside others as they live out their salvation.

During the school, I’ll continue to be discipled and trained, and then I’ll have the opportunity to lead a team to an unreached nation—to rally a generation around the purpose of God and boldly invite others to take action. I’m honored and excited to be part of what God is doing!
