Sow into my music and ministry career

Hi, my name is Max, I am a professional musician working in and out of London. Many of you reading this may know of my music through my Instagram account (Maxhumphreymusic) or my Youtube page (Max Humphrey).

Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and now being able to make it my full-time career is one of the greatest gifts I could ask for. Though, this does come with it's challenges, as most things do!

I started out on the piano roughly 5 years ago on a 49 key Alesis keyboard. I quickly fell in love with the instrument and started to teach and train myself classical piano through many YouTube videos, and long, intense hours of practice.

I quickly grew out of the 49 keys as I was learning bigger pieces, such as Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement', and Debussy's 'Claire De Lune'. These songs require a full length keyboard, so my parents kindly bought me a full size Alesis keyboard, though unfortunately the keys were still not weighted, meaning the muscles in my fingers were not getting the proper training and support they needed.

At the time, I would go into the local church and play on the upright piano they had there. I would practice there most days until it closed, or until someone asked me to be quiet...

Eventually, a friend of mine lent me his Yamaha P45 keyboard. this is full sized AND has weighted keys, I was very excited about this.

For the past 4 years I have continued using this same keyboard, which has been a massive blessing to me in helping me improve and develop my skills as a competent pianist.

However, I now feel it is time to upgrade. The P45 is quite dated and struggles to produce the quality of sound, tone and feel that I need as a dedicated, practicing and performing musician. So I have no option but to step up, and I feel the right move is to the Yamaha P515 Electric Piano.

The P515 is very realistic to that of a real, acoustic piano. With its wooden keys, along with its piercing, highly accurate tones. As well as its ability to be used as a performing piano, due it's many different outputs and plugins, which the P45 simply can't do.

Being able to own an Electric Piano like this will not only allow me to further my music/ ministry career, but it will also allow me to further develop my skills as a pianist to then share with the world through my social media accounts(mentioned above).

As a full time musician, financial income is by no means an easy task, which makes a purchase as great as this very challenging...
