SOW 2022 GALA (Giving And Loving Altruistically)

Seeds of Knowledge, Inc (SOW) is a 501 (c) 3 organization committed to providing educational opportunities for under-served children in selected countries of Africa (Benin, Ivory Coast and Senegal) and in the Caribbean (Haiti). We do so through our various programs, including library construction/literacy programs, school supplies donation, textbook and community service programs and clean water projects.

In the rural areas of the countries we serve, 6 out of 10 children cannot read at grade level. There are no libraries or literacy programs. Children are sent home when they do not have school supplies because their parents, who earn less than $2 a day, cannot afford to purchase their $20 school supplies bundle. Further access to clean water is scarce, and the list of basic needs goes on...!
