Bonsoir a vous , après un ans de douleur chronique a la jointure a la base de la main et avoir vue plus de 6 spécialiste. suite a mone rendez vous avec le spécialiste chirurgien de la main du CHUM a montreal. La meilleure option pour moi es l'amputation.

Malheureusement le seul problème qui peut être pris en charge es là déchirure du ligament.

La pathologie de la douleur a la jointure de l'index gauche reste inconnue.

Donc si on essaie de

- reconstruire le ligament.

J'en ai pour minimum 4 a 6 mois de convalescence rétablissement et reabilitation. Sans aucun certitude de retrouver toute ma motricité et que la douleur disparaît. Surtout la douleur. Donc avec la reconstruction je ne retrouve pas ma motricité et a des risque de calcification de articulations, et si la douleur persiste. Nous devrons amputer quand même.

Je n'ai pas de toiletteur autonome, que deux fille en formation donc je suis obligé de fermer de 4 a 6 mois. Et ma carrière reste incertaine si la douleur persiste.

Si on opte pour amputation maintenant. Ces 3 a 6 semaine d'arrêt de travail, sans besoin de reabilitation ni perte de motricité. Et ça garanti que je n'aurai plus de problème avec cet jointure et ça pour la vie.

Le choix es difficile mais simple a faire.

Pour moi ça sera Amputation.

Attention au morsure de chat. Je crois que s'en ai la cause. Ces sur que ces une maladie professionnelle. Mais je ne suis plus couverts par la CNESST.
