We are a group of community environmental health researchers in Albuquerque, NM with a long history of partnership with hospitals on Navajo Nation.
Our focus is on protection for those on the front line of the fight with COVID-19. We have donation agreements in place with 5 hospitals on Navajo Nation and have begun delivering supplies. We are looking for donations to extend the reach of this distribution.
Tribal communities and hospitals are facing delays in receiving federal assistance and need supplies now.
Funds will be used to purchase hand sanitizer, PPE, and to supply fabric for sewing requested gowns and masks.
We will also be using funds from this campaign to respond to other needs as requested by area hospitals and nurses. At such time when supply to area hospitals are met, additional donations will go to provide diapers and other essential items to families effected by the virus.
Thank you for your donation.
