CrossFit Southie is Going to Semi Finals!
The CFS Team is headed to Orlando to throw down with the best of the best in our sport. The top 40 teams in the Eastern United States will battle it out for a trip to the CrossFit Games. Our team is comprised of Coach Mariah, Emily Sackett, Coach Frank and Jordan. We can’t wait to watch them compete!

When: Thursday May 18th - Saturday May 20th,
Where: Orlando, Florida
We’ve had a few people reach out about helping support the Southie Squad on their trip to Semi-Finals. As you may imagine, the entire experience can get rather expensive. If you’d like to donate to support the squad, click here. 100% of donations will go directly to the Southie team to help cover the costs of travel, lodging, etc.
