Hello, my name is Matthew Bullock. I’m a chef in the Boston/Cambridge area, and I’m looking to start a pop-up series; I need help with some Expenses such as transportation, equipment, and locations. I hope you will be able to help.

A little more about Sothern Pines Supper Club and its mission:

Southern Pines Supper Club is the celebration of southern foodways and traditions beyond what most people consider southern food. The overall mission of southern pines is to provide a unique outlook on southern food and culture through storytelling and showcasing various culinary traditions. Southern Pines Supper Club will strive to be a new and better restaurant. Boston needs a more diverse dining scene lead by persons of color and women with, an emphasizing on education, work-life balance, and, most importantly, providing people in the restaurant industry with living wages and access to healthcare and other benefits that are hard to come by in the industry today. Southern Pines Supper Club will also strive to be a pillar in the community by giving back whenever possible.

The mission of Southern Pines Supper Club is big, but with other like-minded people like you, it’s possible to make it happen. I hope you can help me start this pop-up so I can showcase excellent southern food.
