Southern Area Hospice fundraiser -in memory of Declan

we are selling tickets at £10 per ticket. We will hold a raffle on the 20th of September in Quinn’s Corner, we will have a night of music from Declans many talented friends.

We Declan’s family & friends are raising funds for the Southern Area Hospice in his memory , we sadly lost Declan on 2nd January 2025 at the young age of 42 after a brave battle with a cancerous brain tumour.

Declan was a quiet, kind-hearted, and generous man who helped so many people throughout his life—often without ever seeking recognition. He was always there with a helping hand, a listening ear, and a warm smile. His gentle nature and selfless spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

During his illness, the Southern Area Hospice in Newry provided Declan and his loved ones with outstanding care, compassion, and support. We are forever grateful. The hospice is a charity and the costs are near £10,000.00 a day.
