Running for Rescue Dogs – and for Kenny & Pickles
In 2026 I’ll be running the London Marathon to raise money for South East Dog Rescue - the incredible charity where I found my beloved Kenny and Pickles
Like so many rescue dogs, Kenny and Pickles didn’t have the easiest start in life. Thanks to the dedication and care of South East Dog Rescue, they were given a second chance - and eventually found their way into my life. They’ve brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our home, and we can’t imagine life without them.
By running the London Marathon, I want to give something back to the organisation that made that possible. South East Dog Rescue works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs who need a fresh start, giving them the care and support they deserve while they wait for their forever families.
Every donation will help them continue this vital work - providing food, veterinary care, shelter and love to dogs who need it most.
Training for a marathon is tough, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges many rescue dogs face. Knowing that every mile can help more dogs like Kenny and Pickles find safe, loving homes will keep me going all the way to the finish line.
Thank you so much for supporting me and for supporting rescue dogs everywhere.
From Kenny, Pickles and me — thank you!
